Highly recommend Afrihost. They provide a much better service (and more affordable) than MTN themselves. I also really appreciate the free monthly 1GB data every month. 😁

I somehow managed to lose my Wi-Fi connection on all my devices. I contacted Afrihost and spoke to Tutu. He was very helpful, and assisted me via the Afrihost WhatsApp chat. We setup my Wi-Fi name and new password, and I was up and running on all my devices in no time. Thanks Tutu, and Afrihost for the excellent service. This is rarely found nowadays! Well done

Been with Afrihost for over 7yrs now and rarely have I had anything to complain about that was of their doing. Smart, efficient and diligent consultants. Excellent support.

Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

Had to edit my last rating. Had a terrible time with Afrihost support last year but this year was a breeze. Support team was on point and followed up on issues quickly!
